United Technologies Corporation and Raytheon Company completed a merger of equals, becoming Raytheon Technologies, a market leader in the aerospace and defense industry. The company partnered with IOP in this dynamic transition to complete their initial set of investor focused documents. We partnered to create the inaugural Annual Report , SASB disclosure and the Proxy to complete the set. In addition we created the initial ESG disclosure pages in the website. This documents capture the success and focus of this new company, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Annual Report encapsulates the rich history of the two legacy companies and the transformative technologies that will shape the future of the new entity. It further incorporated the company’s progress in Corporate Responsibility and Diversity Equity & Inclusion as well as the achievements of its four operating business units. The SASB disclosure is a companion PDF that expands on ESG accountability.
