Wintrust Financial again worked with IOP and longtime content partner BuzzWord to create their 2024 Community Impact Report. This year’s report is part of a continued commitment to engage with the people and communities that Wintrust serves with their family of community banks and financial services.
With people as the priority, the report features stories of the Wintrust-backed customer successes and the above-and-beyond initiative of their employees. Customer stories — from thriving small businesses to first time homeowners — are illustrated with bright, people-focused photography that draw readers into the very communities that benefit from Wintrust’s services. Elegantly silhouetted employee images accompany each story celebrating the initiatives and achievements of employees who are exemplars of the Wintrust Way — the company’s guiding ethos.
The employee and customer stories come together in a design that is clean and friendly, elevating the report and demonstrating the professional and welcoming quality that defines the family of Wintrust community banks. This yearly report is an important culture-building tool for Wintrust internally. It plays a key role in Wintrust’s recruiting and onboarding efforts for all employees, with each new hire receiving their own copy of the report to welcome them to the company.
