Integra LifeSciences, a global medical device manufacturing company, partnered with Ideas On Purpose to design and develop their second ESG Report, Restoring Lives. This report updates stakeholders on progress in the company’s sustainability journey and along their established roadmap.  

IOP crafted the theme Restoring Lives, reflecting Integra’s core purpose and commitment to patients — helping them recover and return to living full lives. The report is built on the foundation of the company’s six core values and aligns ESG priorities to these values and business goals while incorporating the requirements of GRI and SASB reporting frameworks. We incorporated navigation and a highly visual approach, enhancing the content through infographics, storytelling, callouts and meaningful data. Unique elements in this report include several refined and evolved infographics supporting the report content. These include the ESG Roadmap, Growth Strategy, Facilities Map, and a Scope 1-3 Diagram. In addition, we added a more streamlined product callout system throughout the report. The result is an interactive PDF that’s easy for readers to access, navigate and understand. 

IOP’s work with Integra LifeSciences on their 2023 ESG Report was recognized in the League of American Communications Professionals 2024 Spotlight Awards.
