We worked with a leading luxury perfume brand that wanted to increase transparency of their fragrance process and corporate sustainability information on their website—an industry leading goal. Reflecting the company’s deep commitment to sustainability and transparency, the company partnered with IOP to define the customer journey, and seamlessly integrate sustainability, ingredient and craftsmanship content into the website without disrupting the customer journey.
Working with the sustainability team, IOP architected pathways and modules to integrate key information at the product and company level. Then, once the architecture was complete, we drafted the content for the Company to integrate. The content dovetails with current information and expands what’s communicated, setting the stage for continued development of content and narrative over time.
IOP developed a communications platform that elevated the brands’ sustainability story, while enhancing their transparency for ingredients, packaging and craftsmanship—all in a way that is authentic to the brand while speaking to their customers. This foundational work sets the stage for more to come and reinforces the company’s commitment to their sustainability journey.
The work will launch in late 2024.
